1. ' MUSHIR ALAM, J.---Learned counsel has placed on record certificate issued by Investigation Officer dated 20-4-2004 showing that he has associated an investigation. Investigating Officer was present in earlier part of the day has left the Court on account of demise of some near relation in the family. Learned State counsel has no objection for the confirmation of the bail. Accordingly, bail extended on 12-7-2004 is confirmed on same terms and conditions.
