ORDER
' IFTIKHAR MUHAMMAD CHAUDHRY, C.J.--- Learned counsel on having seen the report called for from the Chairman, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Gujranwala wherein the Verification Report No,6789 dated 3rd August, 2005 has been certified to be bogus, with further clarification that the petitioner had not appeared in Secondary School (Annual) Examination, 1986 and Roll No,74418 was not issued to petitioner by the Board of Intermediate, stated that he does not want to press instant petition.
2. Dismissed as not pressed with special costs of Rs,10,000 to the Advocate-General's office. The Secretary, Board of Intermediate, and Secondary Education, Gujranwala is directed to launch criminal proceedings against the petitioner. The Court seized with the matter shall expedite the disposal of the case entirely on the merits without being influenced in any manner from this order.
Trial shall be completed after submission of challan within period of 3 months and report shall be sent to the Registrar of this Court for our perusal in Chambers, ' Dismissed as being frivolous litigation.
