ASIF SAEED KHAN KHOSA, J.---Instead of pressing this petition the petitioner appearing in person has submitted that he is facing grave hardship on account of dismissal from service and his Service Appeal No,11 of 2012 has not so far been heard by the Punjab Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal. He has prayed that an appropriate observation may be made by this Court facilitating hearing of his Service Appeal lit an early date. This Court is generally slow in interfering with the administrative matters of a High Court and, thus, all that we can do for the petitioner at this stage is to direct the petitioner to file an application before the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Lahore for redressal of his grievance and if such an application is filed then we are sanguine that the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Lahore may consider passing an appropriate direction facilitating hearing of the petitioner's Service Appeal by the concerned Tribunal at its earliest convenience. This petition is disposed of with this IA observation.
