1. Before the commencement of the hearing the Honorable member of the Bench, Mr. Tahir Mehmood (Commissioner CLD), disclosed that Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Jam Naveed is representing him in a personal case and deemed appropriate to recuse himself from hearing the matter in the interest of justice.
2. In view thereof the hearing is adjourned to a date in office, with a direction to the Registrar Appellate Bench to re-fix the matter before another Bench.
