ORDER

1. Urgency granted.

2. Deferred.

3. Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4. The petitioner has impugned before this Court an interim order dated 12.10.2020 passed by learned Civil / Family Judge-V , Hyderabad, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay rupees six thousand per month as maintenance for his minor till final decision of the suit.

Admittedly , the interim order of Family Court is not subject to appeal therefore, the constitutional petition against such order could not be maintained as a substitute of an appeal. Such being the legal position, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
