1. This constitutional petition is called for hearing, but none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner . No intimation is received. Same was the position on the previous date of hearing viz: 07.08.2019. It is noted that this petition was presented on 30.01.2006 and almost 14 years have been passed but time and again the matter is being adjourned without any substantial progress. It appe ars that perhaps the petitioner has lost interest in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith listed applications.
