In both petitions the petitioners have challenged the PMDC Regulations, i.e. Admission Regulations, 2018 and Regulation 21 of House Job Regulations, 2018, but after promulgation of Pakistan Medical Commission Act, 2020, by virtue of Section 50 all previous regulations have been repealed, therefore, the present petitions have virtually become infructuous and this legal position has been admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the Pakistan Medical Commission.

2. In view of the above statement, the aforesaid petitions along with pending applications are disposed of.
