ORDER

JUSTICE SALAHUDDIN AHMED (CHAIRMAN).-The petitioner has challenged the Decree of a Civil Court which has ordered interest on the Decrial amount. This decree was the result of a loan which the petitioner bad taken from the respondent-Bank.

2. The decree is a matter of procedure of a Court and has also reference to Banking which permits interest on loan.

3. This Court has no jurisdiction. The petition is accordingly summarily dismissed.
