ORDER

This is an appeal preferred against an order dated 24-4-1975 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Junior Labour Court, Rawalpindi on a petition under section 25-A of the I. R. O. filed by the appellant, for his rein statement. His petition was dismissed. Hence this appeal.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties at length and have gone through the record of the case as well as the impugned order,

3. Brief facts giving rise to this appeal are that appellant was termi nated from service. He filed petition under section 25-A b-fore the Junior Labour Court against his termination on 30-1-1975. His petition was dismissed on the ground that he should have filed a departmental appeal before coming to Junior Labour Court. He filed that petition accordingly. But it was dismissed on the point of limitation. Again he has come to Junior Labour Court and again his petition is time barred. Decision of departmental appeal was received by the appellant on 16-11-74 and he filed this petition before the Junior Labour Court on 6-3-1975 much beyond the time limit. His petition was therefore titre barred before the Junior Labour Court and it was rightly rejected on the point of limitation. His appeal therefore merits dismissal and it is hereby dismissed.
