ORDER

An application under section 151, C.P.C. has been moved for recalling the order dated 21-3-1992 passed by this Court on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise. In support of the assertion, learned counsel has placed on record affidavits sworn by the contesting parties. Mr. Qaisar

Mustafa, President of Pakistan WAPDA Labour Union and Mr. Abdul Ghani, General Secretary of the Pakistan WAPDA Union arc present. They also endorse the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. They further submit that the case may be disposed of in the light of the prayer made in C.M. No.5 of 1992.

2. It appears that the parties have entered into a compromise. Accordingly, the earlier order dated 21-3-1992 is recalled and the petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.
