SARDAR MUHAMMAD Versus SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER

Mr. M. Mahmood, Advocate 280‑H, Chauburji Park, Lahore for the writ petitioner and Malik Muhammad Nawaz, Advocate for successors‑in‑interest of Muhammad Kanzoor Khan, respondent No.3, submit that the parties have arrived at a compromise which is witnessed by the compromise‑deed a copy whereof has been filed before this Court. The compromise‑deed has been signed by me as Appendix 'A' and the site plan as Appendix 'B'.

2. Both the learned counsel state that they have the instructions to make a statement before this Court in support of the compromise..

3. I have considered the compromise. The parties have made adjustments in the spirit of give and take.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the compromise. The position emerging as a result of decision of the writ petition will be reflected in the settlement record accordingly.

Since the parties have followed a reconciliatory course, there shall be no order as to costs.
