ORDER

1. It is stated by Mr. M.J.A. Gazdar that the suit has not yet been registered, neither any notice or summon were issued to the defendants, as such no prejudice will be caused if this application is heard and granted without notice to the defendants. He has further argued that one of the office objection was in respect of notice under section 70 of the Cooperative Societies Act, for which he has filed instant application. In view of the above statement, this application is granted subject to all just exceptions. Amended plaint to be filed within two weeks' time, whereafter learned counsel shall satisfy the Court on the point of Limitation.
