AHMAD KHAN Versus STATE

ORDER

Ahmad Khan son of Allah Dad, petitioner, has applied for bail on the ground that he is to appear in the Intermediate Examination. His role number is 13294 issued to him by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sargodha. Since he is to appear in the examination tomorrow, he is allowed interim bail in the sum of Rs.25,000 (Rupees Twenty-five thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount A to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Khushab till 9-12-1983 on which date he shall surrender to custody.

2. This order may be communicated telegraphically to the District Authorities at the expense of the petitioner.
