ORDER

1. The allegation against the petitioner who is co‑accused in murder case is that he was armed with . stick with which he injuredlA Abdul Aziz P.W.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries were found to be simple. This position is not controverted by the A‑A.G. as well as counsel for the complainant.

3. In view of, this, I allow bail to the petitioner in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A . C . Faisalabad.

4. S . A . Bail allowed.
