ORDER

This is an application for suspension of sentence on behalf of Karamat who with others stand convicted under section 304/34, P.P.C. and sentenced to imprisonment for life evide judgment dated 23-6-1987.

2. The applicant is stated to be pretty old. In the record of the trial Court he is described as 70 years old. In the circumstances the sentence of the applicant is suspended. He shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000 with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Sessions Judge, Kasur during the pendency of the appeal.
