GHULAM MUHAMMAD Versus S.H.O., MAMOON KANJAN, DISTRICT FAISALABAD

ORDER

1. It is stated by the S.H.O. that a case regarding abduction of Mst. Wazir Begum was registered on 10-6-1988 vide F.I.R. No. 123 against Noor Ahmad and 10 others under section 307/452/365/148/149, P.P.C. The case is still under investigation and Mst. Wazir Begum has not so far been recovered from the accused. It is further stated that five accused named in the F.I.R. have already been arrested. The petitioner should join investigation and point out the place to the S.H.O. for recovery of Mst. Wazir Begum abductee. After recovery of the abductee, the S.H.O. will get her statement recorded under section 164, Cr.P.C.

2. This petition is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
