AHMAD alias TAUQEER Versus THE STATE
1. This is a petition for bail by suspension of sentence only on behalf of Muhammad Akram and Muhammad appellants‑petitioners. Muhammad Akram and Muhammad accused were sentenced to one year is R.I. and fine of Rs. 1,000 or in default four months, R.I. each under section 323, P.P.C. Muhammad petitioner was further sentenced to suffer two years' R.I. and fine of Rs. 1,000 or in default four months' R.I. under section 324, P.P.C. They alongwith their co- accused Ahmad, who was sentenced to imprisonment for life and fine of Rs. 10,000 under section 304(1), P.P.C., filed appeal to challenge their conviction and sentence. The sentences of Muhammad Akram and Muhammad petitioners are short. They are suspended. They both are admitted to bail till decision of the appeal by them on their furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 30,000 with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C./Duty Magistrate, Sargodha.
