MUHAMMAD AMIN Versus STATE
ORDER
1. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered against him under section 302, P.P.C. The case was got registered by Haji Nawab Din father of the deceased Mst. Shahnaz, against the petitioner who was son‑in‑law of the first informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there has been a compromise and the first informant along with witnesses in the case have given affidavits exonerating the petitioner. The first informant Haji Nawab Din also appeared in person who was identified by learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that he had forgiven the petitioner. Since all the witnesses have given affidavits to the effect that they had not witnessed the occurrence, therefore, it becomes a case of further inquiry. In these circumstances the petitioner is allowed bail in the sum of Rs.30,000 with two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Sheikhupura.
