ORDER

1. After arguing this matter for sometime, Mr. Shahadat Awan, learned counsel for the applicant states that since the case has not yet proceeded he will not press this application for the time being, if a direction is given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal. In view of the above statement, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, I direct that the trial Judge should proceed with the case expeditiously, and dispose it of within six months. If the trial is not concluded within the above period, the applicant will be at liberty to repeat the bail application before the trial Judge who will decide it on merit.
