ORDER

1. Mr. Memon has filed certified true copy of diary of the trial Court dated 14‑10‑2004 along with application under section 345, sub‑clause (2)(6), Cr.P.C. for seeking permission to compound the matter and acquittal of the accused. The said applications are pending in the trial Court for passing necessary orders. Mr. Memon is required to place certified true copy of the order passed by the trial Court in respect of the application moved by the Legal Heirs and the applicants/accused for effecting compromise. Adjourned to 8‑11‑2004.
