ORDER

1. NASIM HASAN SHAH, J.‑ ‑It is submitted that the view of the High Court that the Additional Deputy Commissioner was not required to send the case to the Board of Revenue which in turn had directed that the case be sent to the Central Office which had no concern with the allotment or preparation of R.L.11 and on that account had directed the Additional Deputy Commissioner to pass a final order, was not correct. It is pointed out that the Additional Deputy Commissioner had himself reported the matter to the Board of Revenue and by that token the latter had become seized of the matter. No doubt the Board of Revenue sent the case to the Central Record Office but this was not outside its jurisdiction because information could be sought by it in connection with the matter of correction of land records and the attendant entitlement of the respondents (writ petitioners).

2. The submission requires further consideration. Leave is accordingly granted.
