ORDER

1. JAVID IQBAL, J. ‑‑Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition as it has become in fructuous. He further prays that the entire amount with profits deposited by his client with the Registrar of this Court vide order dated 18th January, 1984 passed by Muhammad Afzal Zullah, J. be permitted to be withdrawn. The prayer is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
