ORDER

MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.‑ ‑A tenant has sought leave to appeal from a judgment of the High Court; whereby his Constitutional Petition challenging his eviction on a question of fact, was dismissed.

2. The petitioner denied the relationship of landlord and tenant on the assertion that one Rehmat Ali was his landlord and not the respondent No.1. Said Rehmat Ali appeared in Court and refuted the assertion made by the petitioner. The learned Rent Controller rendered findings of fact against the petitioner which were affirmed in appeal. The refusal of the High Court to interfere in its Constitutional jurisdiction with such findings of fact is unexceptionable. This petition fails and, is dismissed.
