ORDER

1. NASIM HASAN SHAH, J. --The petitioner, who was a Niab-Tehsildar, was removed from service by the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, after proper departmental proceedings and regular inquiry. His appeal before the Member, Board of Revenue, was dismissed. He then moved the Service Tribunal by an appeal under Section 4 of the Act, but it too was dismissed by the impugned order. Hence this petition for leave.

2. The order passed by the departmental authorities and the Service Tribunal are fair and proper orders. No question of law of public importance is raised in this petition so as to attract this Court's jurisdiction under Article 212 of the Constitution. This petition, accordingly, must fail. It is dismissed accordingly.
