ORDER

SAAR SAOOD JAN, J.‑ ‑In these two petitions for special leave to appeal the two suits for pre‑emption of the respondents were decreed by the Trial Court. Its judgments and decrees were upheld by the Additional District Judge, Faisalabad and in revisional jurisdiction the High Court declined to interfere with the decisions of the subordinate Courts.

2. The claim of the respondents to superior right was based on their assertion that they were owners in the estate. Their assertion in this regard was not disputed by the petitioners but it was claimed on their behalf that they too were owners in the estate. The High Court as well as the learned Additional District Judge and the Trial Court rejected their claim and we see no justification to interfere with the concurrent findings of the three Courts. These petitions are accordingly dismissed.
