ORDER

ALI HUSSAIN QAZILBASH, J.- - This petition for leave to appeal arises from an order of a learned Single Judge of the Lahore High Court, dated 28-2-1982.

2. Niamat Ali and five others were charged for offences under section 379/307/302/149/148, P.P.C. They were tried by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sahiwal, who vide his order dated 23-7-1980 acquitted all of them of the accusation. Against the order of acquittal the complainant filed a revision petition in the High Court which too was dismissed through the impugned order, hence this petition.

3. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in detail. He has pressed this petition against Niamat Ali and Usman only. Having considered his arguments in the light of the evidence and the observations of the Courts below, we do not consider this case to be fit for interference by this Court.

4. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
