ORDER

1. MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.‑‑ Leave to appeal has been sought by a vendee in a pre‑emption matter against the dismissal of his Civil Revision which had arisen out of the execution of pre‑emption decree against him.

2. The objection raised from the petitioner's side related to the omission of specific field numbers in the plaint and that the insertion was only of share in the land. Hence according to the learned counsel, execution could not take place regarding specific field numbers.

3. We with the help of the learned counsel having read together: the plaint, the judgment, and the sale‑deed have come to the conclusion that the objection was hypertechnical. The impugned judgment is unexceptionable and does not suffer from any material defect legal or otherwise. Leave to appeal accordingly is refused.
