ALAMDAR HUSSAIN Versus I.-G. POLICE

ORDER

1. GHULAM MUJADDID MIRZA, J .‑‑Syed Alamdar Hussain, Senior Clerk. Office of Superintendent Police, Bahawalnagar, seeks leave to appeal against the judgment of Punjab Service Tribunal dated 16‑3‑1981, whereby his appeal pertaining to seniority was dismissed.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the impugned judgment. Learned counsel was unable to urge any question of law nor could he point out any breach of relevant statutory provision governing the seniority of the petitioner.

3. The Tribunal rightly decided the question of seniority in accordance with law and as such no case is made out for interference in the impugned judgment. Leave is declined. Dismissed.
