ORDER

1. MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J. ‑‑Leave to appeal has been sought in these two petitions against the dismissal of petitioner's Constitutional petition by the Lahore High Court, Lahore.

2. Learned counsel states that leave to appeal has already bee granted in this matter by this Court, on petitions filed by other, parties. The main points involved according to him, are similar Reliance is placed on the leave granting order dated 1‑6‑1988 in CP. No.144‑R of 1988 and others.

3. We accordingly grant leave to appeal in these two cases also, with the same interim directions as already passed in the order dated 1‑6‑1988. Security Rs.10,000 in each case.

4. M.I./P‑51/S Leave granted.
