ORDER

1. GHULAM MUJADDID MIRZA, J. ‑‑Mst.Zubeda Begum widow of Haji Muhammad Khan has filed this petition for leave to appeal against the order of the Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench, dated 24‑1‑1981 whereby the Constitution petition filed by her in which she had impugned the orders dated 7‑9‑1972, 14‑6‑1972 and 24‑5‑1972 passed by respondents 1 to 3, respectively, was dismissed, in limine.

2. The High Court declined to interfere with the order of the Land Commissioner on the ground that mutation No.E47 was in violation of para.7(1)(a) of the Martial Law Regulation No.115.

3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, perused the order of the High Court and have gone through the Martial Law Regulation, referred to above. The view taken by the High Court being in accordance with law, leave is declined.

4. M.I/Z‑37/S Petition dismissed
