ORDER

1. MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J .‑‑Lave to appeal has been sought by a Provincial Civil Servant against dismissal of his appeal as time‑barred by the Punjab Civil Service Tribunal.

2. After hearing the learned counsel and noting the relevant dates, we agree with the Tribunal that the appeal was time‑barred. Regarding the condonation of delay under section 5 of the Limitation Act, suffice it to observe that the refusal by the Tribunal to extend the time in its discretion, does not suffer from such infirmity which could be treated as a question of law of public importance.

3. Leave to appeal, therefore, is refused.
