ORDER

1. GHULAM MUJADDID MIRZA, J.‑‑ Muhammad Iqbal Haidri, ex‑Junior Clerk/Reader to Naib‑Tehsildar Rabwah has filed this petition for special leave to appeal against the judgment of Punjab Service Tribunal dated 6‑12‑1981 whereby his appeal against his termination from service on the charge of failure to consign the decided cases to record room was dismissed.

2. We find the following observation in the impugned judgment:---‑

"The learned Deputy Commissioner could not ignore this important aspect of the case and was fully justified in arriving at the conclusion that in case of negligence and carelessness irresponsible Civil Servants were not required to continue in service to earn a bad name for their miserable performance."

4. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He was unable to meet the aforesaid observation.

5. As there is no error of law or other substantial point which needs examination, leave is declined. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
