ORDER

1. GHULAM MUJADDID MIRZA, J.‑‑ Abdul Hameed ex‑Patwari Rahimyar Khan Circle, Tehsil Sadiqabad, District Rahimyar Khan at present resident of Khairpur Tameewali, District Bahawalpur seeks leave to appeal against the judgment of the Punjab Service Tribunal dated 14‑12‑1981 whereby his appeal against the order of the respondents was dismissed.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner who tried to find out some legal flaw in the impugned judgment but could not do so. On the other hand we agree with the following observation of the Tribunal:‑---

3. "In the light of the above discussions we are of the considered opinion that the procedure adopted by the A.C. was fully in accordance with the law and no violation of any positive rules has been committed."

4. No ground for leave to appeal is made out.

5. M.I./A‑320/5 Petition dismissed.
