KHALID JAVED & CO. Versus JAVED OIL INDUSTRIES
ORDER
SAAD SAOOD JAN, J.-- The respondents filed three suits against the petitioner firm for the recovery of a total amount of Rs.75,000. The Additional District Judge, Rahimyar Khan granted leave to the firm to appear and defend the suit on the condition that it should furnish bank guarantee equal to the amount claimed in the suits within one month. The firm challenged the legality of the condition in revision before the High Court but without any success. It now seeks leave to appeal from this Court.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the firm we can neither find any illegality in the order of the learned Additional District Judge nor any ground to interfere with the discretion exercised b him. Leave is therefore refused.
