NLAHMOODA SULTANA Versus JAMILA BEGUM

ORDER

1. NASIM HASAN SHAH, J. --This is a petition for review of this Court's order dated 24-4-1985.

2. The only submission that can be taken note of while considering this matter for review is that nothing has been said in this Court's order with regard to the petitioner herein (who is also the grand mother of the minor) being allowed to see and meet the minor girl, namely, Faraz Wajid.

3. Being the grandmother she clearly is entitled to meet and see how the minor girl is doing. But the modalities of how and where such meetings should take place can best be decided by the Guardian Judge, who may on being petitioned in this behalf and after hearing the parties pass appropriate orders in this connection.

4. This petition, with these observations, is dismissed.
