ORDER

The parties have reached an agreement. The memorandum thereof signed by the learned counsel appearing for them, has been placed on record. It reads as follows:-

"1. The parties to the petition have agreed as follows:----

(i) State Cement shall surrender 25% of the total space presently occupied by them. Accordingly Wapda shall restore possession.

(ii) They shall vacate the entire accommodation in their occupation on the expiry of three months from today.

(iii) They shall pay rent at the rate of 6.50 Rupees per sq.ft. for the period of occupation.

(iv) That State Cement Corporation shall withdraw the petition from the Supreme Court of Pakistan."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, in pursuance of the agreement, made a request under Order V, Rule 2(10) of the Supreme Court Rules, 1980, for withdrawal of the petition. The learned counsel for the respondent agrees that the petition may be disposed of accordingly in pursuance of the agreement.

3. This petition is disposed of as withdrawn as a result of the agreement reached between the parties.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
