BASHIR AHMAD Versus STATE
ORDER
1. NASIM HASAN SHAH, ACTG. CJ.‑‑ ‑Heard learned counsel at length.
2. The petitioners do not seem to have committed any overt act for in the wedding invitation card issued and circulated by Nasir Ahmad, co‑accused, the names of the petitioners appear merely amongst the persons listed under and do not appear personally to have participated in the circulation of the card in which the words complained of are written. Prima facie, therefore, they do not fall within the purview of Sections 295‑A, 295‑C and 298‑C of the P.P.C.
3. The petition is converted into an appeal and allowed. In the result, the interim order of pre‑arrest bail dated 9‑8‑1992 is confirmed.
4. N.H.Q./B‑209/S Bail allowed.
