IRSHAD HASAN KHAN, J.--- Leave to appeal is sought against the order dated 29-10-1997 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.1007-M of 1997 filed in Criminal Miscellaneous &o.75-H of 1997 by Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench, Rawalpindi.

2. The parties have submitted a joint application 'Mark-A', duly signea oy Syed Saghar Hussain, petitioner, Mst. Asima Batool and Syed Fateh Ali Shah respondents Nos. l and 2, and Mst. Tahira Fazeelat, mother of respondent No. 1, who has thumb-marked the same, the contents whereof read. as under:--
