1. An order had been passed by me on 28th April, 1982 that the deficit court-fee should be paid within ten days. More than ten days have expired and deficit court-fee has not been paid. Mr. A. Rauf, learned counsel for the plaintiff, is not in a position to state whether the plaintiff will at all pay the deficit court-fee. In the circumstances, the suit is dismissed with costs. The Civil Miscellaneous Application No, 2061 of 1982 dismissed.
