ORDER

1. It is alleged that the petitioners were trying to smuggle 24 Maunds of pistachio to India. The case of the petitioners is that they were mere carriers and that the owner of the vehicle as well as of the pistachio was their employer, Muhammad Jahangir son of Haji Mehraj Din. The value of the pistachio is stated to be Rs.1,50,000. Let the petitioners be admitted to bail on their executing a bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000 each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Special Judge, (Customs), Lahore.

2. M.Y.H. Bail granted.
