ORDER

1. The allegations against the petitioner are that on 23‑5‑1984 a raiding party organized by the Customs Department recovered 125 blank forms 'A' blank passports, two rubber stamps, stencils and stencil- holders. These forms and articles were intended to prepare forged documents for the illegal import of goods into Pakistan. It appears from the F.I.R. that the house from where the recovery was made was rot exclusively in the occupation of the petitioner. Let the petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing a bond in the sum of Rs.25,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Judge (Customs), Lahore.
