ORDER

Shahbaz and Iqbal petitioners have moved this petition for bail in a case registered against them and others under sections 148, 307 and 325/149/109 of the P.P.C.

2. The prosecution version is that on 29-4-1987 the petitioners and their nine co-accused caused injuries to Anwar, Azam, Nazir and Irshad P.Ws. with Sotas.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the case of the petitioner is not distinguishable from that of their nine co-accused, who have been released on bail by the Ilaqa Magistrate, therefore, they are also entitled to the same concession. Learned counsel for the State concedes that the co-accused of the petitioner have 'since been released on bail.

4. The specific injuries attributed to the petitioners are on non-vital parts. On inquiry, the A.S.I. states that the petitioners were arrested on 29-4-1987. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even the challan has not been submitted so far. Learned State counsel does not controvert this contention. In the circumstances, I admit the petitioners to bail in the sum of Rs.25,000 each with two sureties each ire the like amount to the satisfaction of A. C. /Duty Magistrate, Gujrat.

S. A./S-207/L Bail granted.
