Statement of the detenue Mst. Irshad Bibi has been recorded.) She is 22 years old and sui juris. She wishes to accompany her husband and requested to be permitted to go alongwith him. She has categorically stated that she has not been forcibly abducted from the house of her parents, either by her husband or by her uncle Muhammad Yaqoob.

2. Since the detenue is sui juris, she is set at liberty and permitted to go alongwith her husband. The writ petition thus stands disposed of. The amount of security shall stand confiscated.
