ORDER

1. I have considered this application. Since a person can be a resident of two places, therefore, I am not inclined to intet4ere. Both sides have led documentary evidence in support of their respective view point. Mst. Shamim Akhtar owns land in Haroonabad while she also lives in Lahore. Since the question of contempt is always between the Court and the contemner, and after considering the facts, I am of the view, that this is not a fit case for proceeding against Shamim Akhtar.

2. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
