ORDER

1. According to learned counsel, a complaint vide Annexure "B" was lodged by the petitioner, Ashraf Gulzar, in the Police Station Bhatti Gate, Lahore, on 4-1-1994 disclosing that respondent Nos.3 and 4 trespassed into his house and deprived him of an attache-case alongwith a sum of Rs.5,000 and golden ornaments. It is stated by the learned counsel that the complaint Annexure "B" was not attended to by the Police Officer despite repeated requests. The allegations levelled in the complaint are serious indeed. A suggestion has, therefore, been made by the learned Additional Advocate- A General that the complaint may be forwarded to the S.S.P., Lahore for probe. In the circumstances, office shall send a copy of the complaint Annexure "B" alongwith this order to the S.S.P., Lahore. On receipt of the complaint, the Police Officer shall conduct an enquiry in presence of the petitioner and respondents Nos.3, 4 and 6. In case, he comes to the conclusion that some cognizable offence has been committed, he will proceed in the matter strictly in accordance with law. With this observation, this petition is disposed of.
