ORDER

1. Petitioner feeling aggrieved by the granting of respondent's Criminal Revision No.6 of 1987 by the learned Sessions Judge; Lahore vide the impugned order, dated 24-6-1987 setting aside the finding recorded by the learned Magistrate, Lahore Cantt. on 26-11-1984 holding making out of a prima facie case in proceedings contemplated by section 86-A, Cr.P.C. meriting trial in the petitioner's complaint under section 403/420/34, P.P.C. awaiting trial before the Political Agent North Waziristan and entrustment thereof to the within mentioned Judicial Magistrate, Lahore for holding de novo proceedings recoursed to the present petition. During the course of hearing whereof on reconsideration learned counsel for the petitioner requested for withdrawal thereof with a view to urging the legal arguments before the Court concerned. And is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
