ORDER

The complainant, present in person, submitted that he has effected a compromise with the petitioners/accused. Further submitted that in this respect a compromise deed has been reduced into writing, which has been duly signed by all the concerned and has been placed on record and marked as P.1.

2. The petitioners, present in person, and their learned counsel confirmed what has been stated above. Therefore, the interim bail before arrest allowed to the petitioners, vide order dated 22-9-1993, is hereby confirmed. Disposed of accordingly.
