SAJJAD HUSSAIN Versus STATE

ORDER

1. This order shall dispose of Criminal Miscellaneous No.3456/B of 1993, Criminal Miscellaneous No.3457/B of 1993, Criminal Miscellaneous No.3458/B of 1993, Criminal Miscellaneous No.3459/B of 1993 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.3460/B of 1993, filed by the petitioner who was involved in five separate cases.

2. The petitioner was arrested in a theft case on 7th of April, 1993 and during the investigation of the aforesaid case, he disclosed to have committed offences of similar nature. Initially, he was arrested under the provisions of section 399 read with section 402, P.P.C. in a case registered at Police Station Naulakha; since he prepared to commit robbery. Similarly, in a case registered by Police Station Samanabad, he also got recovered a watch. In another case registered by Milat Park Police Station under section 392, P.P.C., he got recovered, cash as well as other articles. In another case registered by Gujarpura Police Station, he got recovered golden locket, wrist watch and golden ornaments. In an other case registered by Samanabad Police Station the petitioner injured Muzafar Ahmad, Constable.

3. He was also put to test of identification parade which took place on 3rd of May, 1993 and was also identified. In this view of the matter, primal facie, there are no reasonable grounds to release the petitioner on bail. Hence all the five applications enumerated in the first paragraph of this order are dismissed.

4. N.H.Q./S-379/S Bail refused.
