ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the withdrawal of the writ petition on the ground that the detenu Ata Muhammad has since been recovered and his other grievances have also since been redressed. In view of this position, Ghulam Muhammad Bandial, Resident Magistrate submits that Muhammad Ali complainant did not produce any witness before him during the enquiry and as no evidence was produced in spite of opportunities having been given to the parties he could not finalize the enquiry. Muhammad Ali writ-petitioner himself is also present in Court and fortifies the submissions of A the learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition is dismissed as having not been pressed.
