MUHAMMAD ASLAM Versus STATE

ORDER

1. The incident occurred on 19th May; 1981 and the applicant has remained in custody for 8 months. It is stated by Mr. Khanzada that this case has not proceeded. The first information report seems to indicate that only one injury has been caused.

2. The applicant is released on bail in the sum of Rs. 10,000 with P. R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
